Registration Information

 

Registration tables will be located in the northeast entry of the I Hotel and Conference Center. Separate areas will be identified for those who have pre-registered and for those who will be registering on site.

 

Registration fees: Advanced registration for December 1st is $135 through November 20, 2009. On-site registration is $175. Advanced registration for December 2nd is $235. Participants who pre-register for both days will pay $350.

 

If you have paid the pre-registration fee: Proceed to the appropriate table, according to the

first initial of your last name, and pick up your name badge and registration packet.

 

If you have not pre-registered: Proceed to the walk-in registration table, fill out a

registration form, and pay the on-site registration fee.

 

Each registrant will receive one copy of the 2009Proceedings of the AGMasters Conference. The registration area will be open during the following times:

 

Tuesday, December 1- 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Wednesday, December 2- 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM

 

Cancellations: If you register and find you cannot attend, you may send a substitute in your

place. If you must cancel your registration, please phone 217-333-4424. Cancellation requests made by Wednesday, November 25 will receive a refund of the registration fee less a $20 processing fee. No refunds will be made after this date. Materials will be mailed for no-shows at a later date.

 

Continuing Education Units: Certified Crop Adviser (CCA) credits and Indiana Continuing

Certification Hours (CCHs) have been applied for as follows for both days:
